The young man and woman were facing away from the customers, making it difficult to get their attention. When I politely tried to ask for help, the young man rudely told me to stay out of the line. Additionally, the woman appeared to be unfamiliar with the cake ordering process. It's disappointing to experience such poor service at our favorite ice cream shop. The lady did not even put her name on my receipt.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
