  Dont bother coming here it takes forever to get a drink because only one person knows what they are doing here everyone else is so disorganized and slow. My shortest trip here was 20 minutes, except to wait longer even if the line is short. Go to the location off Jefferson because even if the line is extremely long you get out of there in 10 minutes. I regret holding 1,134 shares of their stock now because if this is how the expansion is going to be the stock is doomed. Corporate needs to check on these new locations and protect the shareholders.

  I am a bit disappointed at how the staff is so distracted with personal conversations and providing very minimal customer service. Due to that, line moves slow. All Dutch Bros I have been to, from Arizona to California have a staff member giving you a welcoming greeting, and send you off with a genuine "Have a Great day" , but not here. Feels like a High School Snack Bar experience. Please improve.

  The employees were very very nice to me, one especially named Mal (or mel🤔). I was having a bad day and her attitude and nice words helped me feel better. 100% would go to this location again☺️

  Went to the cathedral location today around 1:30pm keep in mind it's starting to get hot out here in the desert! The girl taking our order standing outside in the drive thru Hailey was absolutely great and super sweet, great customer service! she recommended my 9 year old a great refreshing new drink but honestly I couldn't believe management had her standing out there it was HOT she had no shade and she was visibly getting sunburned in the face and arms she was red! this poor girl was out there who knows how long with no shade provided Keep in mind not even IN N OUT employees stand outside after a certain degree hits in the desert and they even have an umbrella shading provided up to a certain heat temperature. We fell in love with Hailey and we would love for you to have her inside or better cooling areas and maybe breaks with other coworkers in between!

  Not a fan for my first time on this locations one of the worst and longest time just to get two drinks. It’s not a staffing thing it’s a Management problem seeing staff and struggle this way it’s a poor way of planning and having a system, I feel sorry for the people that works at this location being pull 100 ways just for the way that this unit has been managed and I seen reviews I’m not the only one who thinks the same way
