Live in LA now, I used to live in Five Canyons, when a store goes out of business here in LA nine times out of ten it’ll be replaced by some two bit rinky dink store that isn’t any good, it’s great that Safeway invested in the property!

I placed a custom order with a photo, but upon arrival, the photo was missing. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for them to fix it, and in their rush, they misspelled my mom's name on the cake. We didn't even notice the error until we were at the party. While the cake tasted good and they provided a small $10 discount at pickup, it didn't make up for the stress and the ruined photo moment for such a special day. For a milestone event, I expected much higher standards. I left a message to file a complaint but my calls were never returned.
