- RRReta's Optimal Health & Aging RO-HAJan 22, 20262.02 stars because the cake in the box oreo and cookie dough edition tasted pretty good. I highly recommend eating it asap because I ate some left overs ice cream cake the week after and it tasted really bland and not good at all. I should give this place 1 star but 2 will do. I called the morning of to see if they had the Oreo cake in the box in stock. The girl I spoke to said, yes we have 1 left. I said okay, thanks, I'll stop by tonight in the evening to pick it up. The girl said, we can hold it for you if you like. I said that would be great. I gave her my name and she said she'll put it on hold for me. I went in that evening and the two girls that were working said no cake in the box was on hold for anyone under my name. Whoever the girl was didn't put it on hold for me. I was lucky enough to get the cake in the box because they had one left. I was with my two younger kids at the time and I imagined how upset and devastated they would've been if the ice cream cake wasn't available because someone forgot or just didn't care about putting it on hold for me even though they offered to. This might not seem like a big deal to some but it's the principle behind it. This is why small businesses fail and people stop going to places like this because the people working their just don't care or take any pride in their job duties. I won't be coming back nor do I recommend this Baskins Robin's to anyone.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
