  On our drive up north, we stopped here for a quick grab and go meal. Ordered our food and they forgot the chicken nuggets. Luckily the drive thru wasn't busy and went thru there had to wait for the nuggets. Customer service was blah! McDonald’s is always a convenient stop on road trips!

  I like this location, fresh fries, quick service,etc, but, drive thru pick up windows, not too good, the young guy gave me my order and shut the window right away, I wanted to get some ketchup and salsa picante, did not give me a chance nor asked. In other circumstances I would've knock on the windows and had told him, but I was running late. Maybe they should send him to In and Out to learn some work ethics.....humn !

  Ordered 2 10 piece nuggets. Got two four-piece nuggets. Order took 20 minutes to fill. Outdoor seating has been closed. Permanently. So you can't let your pets chill out. Service was terrible. Extremely short staffed. This has been our go to stop on the way to visit family for over 20 years. But from now on we'll eat at In-N-Out Burger

  I’m on a shuttle bus from San Ysidro to the Central Valley. We stopped here for food. I was the first to the counter. Employees looked at me and just continued on about their business. Okay then. At that point I did notice the “please order at kiosk” sign so I guess let’s do that. About 18 more from the bus came in and suddenly they acknowledged them and took their orders. I mean I’m glad they burst into action to clear a quick rush of customers but me as a single human being didn’t matter. Cool. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and fries. Grabbed table number 25 tent for that and it’s on the receipt. Decided to get a Dr. Pepper and made another order… table number 19 on receipt. Little commotion going on but I’m glad I paid attention because they were just calling out order numbers but not taking anything to the assigned tables. They did it to my food and I thought it just a one time mistake. But then I heard my order number for my Dr. Pepper and went and got that too. I looked at the order and pointed out the “Table 19” printed right on the paper stuck to the cup. Blank stare from the employee. The only thing missing is me preparing my own food at this point. No complaints on the food by the way. This place sucks as far as service goes. But maybe that’s just where McDonald’s is headed. “Do everything yourself… don’t bother us”

  They 100% gave me old microwaved food. Disgusting. For how much they charge they sure like to rip you off
