The cheese isn’t melted, you can still see it flapped inside, the sandwich was cold. No help at all, contacted their “support system” on the website already so we’ll wait for that.

But this particular subway needs more than one person serving they are next to factories and business between 12am and 2am it's always busy. But like I said before Heidi is a nice and very efficient person.
