- MMMichaelMar 9, 20261.0This McDonald’s can pound sand. I was asked if I wanted ketchup, I said no, just sweet and sour for the nuggets, guy nods and sends me on my way. Get home and the sauce is BBQ and no nuggets at all. Absolute ineptitude. And apparently all they feel is necessary is sending a cookie cutter apology letter with no offer of reimbursement to make the customer feel whole. I’ll use all my rewards at this location, spending no money and that end of my relationship with McDonald’s. Their “food” while tasty, is horrible for you body and their customer service only makes matters worse.
