    I went back to subway today This used to be my favorite spot for my 6 inch sandwich But the ones closest to me started having frostbite on all their vegetables and sooo I stopped going there for atleast 1 year........... But I decided to stop by today and wasn't disappointed plus the person attending me was nice so even better The last 2 times I had stopped at different locations were so poor at attending customers that seriously besides the not fresh vegetables issue the attitude problem was something else I didn't want to take from them So thank you Beautiful lady for your beautiful attitude ❤ love it

    Veggies are always fresh. Store is always clean. I choose this Subway over Carson/Bonita because they are quick & pleasant.

    I went in today and ordered two sandwiches for my kids. The guy who helped us was patient with my young son who was ordering on his own. When we got to the register to pay, I tried to use my gift card. I would swipe it and it would say decline, or try again. The guy who made our sandwiches was ringing us up and he was very patient and attempted multiple times to help me swipe my car. An older lady by the name of Christy or Christine came over and told me that I'd have to call customer service because either there wasn't any money on the card or I would need to have a new card issued to me because the card was damaged (it was a cardboard gift card and started to get worn on the corner from swiping so many times. I explained to her that this card was new, and it was a gift to us and that it definitely had money on there. I checked before going in. We don't normally eat at subway but went there BECAUSE we had the gift card. I noticed it had two different types of barcodes on it so I asked if maybe she could scan it instead of swiping it, and she said "ma'am, it doesn't work like that." She then told me that she had to help the other customers and wouldn't even try to scan it. Frustrated, I ended up just paying for my meal and leaving. My son's sandwich ended up being too spicy for him so we stopped at a different location to order a new one and I decided that I would eat his. When we got to the register to pay I quickly explained what had happened at the previous store, and asked him to try scanning it instead of swiping it, and what do you know... IT WORKED! I won't ever go back to that location because the lady was impatient and couldnt be bothered to try to help me trouble shoot my gift card. Shouldn't the employees working there know better than me how their gift cards work? Also, the bread was old and stale. 😐

    I always love subway. But this time I ordered through the app as a take out, and the sandwich is a complete mess. All my veggies are outside of the sandwich. And the sandwich wasnt properly wrapped. Half of my sandwich was on the white paper and the other was rolled on the logo paper. Please take the time and actually make sure that your presentation of the sandwich is 💯 this was a disappointing presentation
