  I came in and told the employee that I wanted the combo of the day. She said "okay the cold cut combo?" I confirmed. I then added " I would also like a second sandwich, 6-in tuna." She makes my sandwiches and then asks if that will be all. I said yes. She gave me my total and I paid with gift card and debit card. She then proceeds to hand me my receipt and I ask her if I will be getting a cup for the combo. She says you did not tell me you wanted anything else. I said I ordered the combo of the day, does that not come with chips and drink? She said it does, but you did not tell me you wanted anything else. She continued to say "usually when people say combo they just mean sandwich." I told her I was clear in the beginning in saying I wanted the combo of the day because I wanted the chips and drink that came with the deal. She said she would have to make an adjustment. I said okay can you go ahead and make the adjustment. She then says she cannot because I paid partially with gift card, it won't work, and she'll have to charge me for additional 8 something for the combo. I walked out very unsatisfied with my service.

  Rip off. Gave the wrong sandwich. It's literally the first image on the menu and they couldn't even get it right. Also quite a surprise to find some solid white chunks. Discarded it right away.

  The older ladies know how to make ANY sandwiches taste phenomenal. Sweet older ladies too! They know a lot about TEAM WORK!!! I'm coming back soon to THIS location.
