- LSLucas Silva dos SantosDec 5, 20251.0I had a terrible experience with one of the employees at this location today around 2:20 pm.For some reason, my order had an unexpected delay that I did not initiate, and the employee showed absolutely no willingness to help—even though the issue came from the restaurant itself. I simply wanted to cancel the order, and the website clearly states that cancellations must be handled directly with the restaurant. Instead of assisting me, this employee behaved unprofessionally, as if I were making up rules. I’m giving this employee one star only because I’m not allowed to submit zero. Completely rude, unprepared, and unaware of his own company’s guidelines.
