    Lack of hygiene. I suppose it's the in-house manager who comes and goes from the restaurant to his car. I think he's possibly the owner of the pizzeria. He doesn't seem to care about his appearance anymore, with a beard like the Vikings. This company has collapsed since they fired almost all the other employees. They need to be more attentive, polite, and respect the agreement stated in the app. We had to wait about 10 minutes but so that they would give me my ordeHow sad that this person focuses more on his car than the job that puts a plate of food on his table.

    Walked into restaurant, no one greeted or appeared for over 4 minutes (good thing I am not a thief, I could have grabbed and run). Finally greeted by a nice girl I pay for my order. She retreats to meal area and spends 3 minutes boxing goods. She comes to the counter with the cookie portion of my order, and informs me they forgot to make my pizza and it will be 15 minutes to get made. So, I wait 15 minutes. So I get my pizza, and cookie back home to my family. Pizza, undercooked, cookie old/overcooked. So, pick your way to look at it, but if you messed up an order, at least get it right the 2nd time. A fully cooked pie and a fresh cookie would have been appreciated.

    We redeemed our points for a medium 2 topping pizza that did not come with hardly any cheese. It wasnt very good.

    Poor phone order service... Some workers need to retrain for verbal communication skills. Other than that the pizza is GREAT ( love the mini cinnabuns )
