We ordered 2 pizzas with chicken parm poppers and the driver forgot to bring us the 2 liter Pepsi that came with our order. We called the store and the manager had the audacity to tell us that he’d refund our order and that if we wanted the Pepsi’s we ordered we’d have to go to the store to pick it up. Are you serious? That’s poor customer service and poor communication towards the driver who delivered our food. We paid almost $50 for what ordered and having us drive to the store because you guys couldn’t communicate properly to the DoorDash driver is ridiculous. We are not ordering from here anymore and we’ve been loyal customers until now.

What really upset me was that there was only one person cooking and handling money. I should have have the health department to shut them down.
