  it's really depressing inside McDonald's. I was at the register to place order and the manager did not acknowledge me. I actually had to say hey. I need help. and kiosk they have do not functioning well

  Yesterday I went to enjoy a Big Mac combo and I met Isaac, a very smiling young man with a very good attitude. Very good service that offers in the Drive Thru!

  It's funny, my friend group has started referring to this as the "bad sepulveda mcdonald's" (the one about a mile west is the "good sepulveda mcdonald's".) Just this week, I have been to the McDonald's 3 times (because of outside factors that made it the most convenient option): First visit: order a quarter pounder deluxe with bacon and fries. I had to wait 18 minutes for my food. Take it to work, open it up, and they didn't add the bacon (but still charged me $2.19 plus tax for the bacon add on). I call McDonald's and manager Armando says next time I come in he'll fix me up for free. Second visit: go to claim my free redo of my order. This time, they don't put lettuce or tomato on it. You know what? It's free, I'm not going to bother complaining. Third visit, just now: I order a McRib, no pickles, no onions. I get home: my McRib has pickles, onions, and NO BBQ sauce. I place all my orders by app, so instructions are clear. Receipt is always correct, but apparently they have trouble reading orders at this McDonalds. This location didn't used to be this bad, I've live by it for 7 years and this is a recent thing, but I highly recommend staying away from this location, it has gone to hell.
