  I was treated and helped by Lea, all I can say is wow what an amazing and hard working employee. The location was extremely busy and she was handling the location solely. She was fast, efficient, hard working, all while maintaining calm and with a smile on her face. Very rare when you experience customer service like this these days. Great job Lea keep up the amazing work. I will definitely be returning to this location.

  This was my first time at this Jamba location, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I ordered a PB Protein smoothie and a Belgian waffle. While my order came out quickly, the quality was extremely disappointing. The smoothie was way too thick — practically undrinkable. I’ve had this exact drink at other Jamba Juice locations and never had this issue. It seemed barely blended, and when I got home I actually had to add water and stir it just to make it drinkable, which should never happen. On top of that, the atmosphere in the store was unprofessional. The three employees working were loudly discussing coworkers who had been disciplined, which is not something customers should be hearing. I wish I had taken a sip before leaving so I could’ve asked for a refund. Sadly, this experience left a bad impression and I won’t be returning to this location.
