  Food is great when they actually have everything in stock, but this review is mainly about the customer service and constant shortages at this location. I’ve visited multiple times and they’re consistently out of basic items like pickled onions, cucumbers, pita crisps, and other toppings. It’s frustrating to wait in a long line only to find out that half of the options are unavailable by the time you reach the front. The customer service is also noticeably poor. The assembly line is extremely slow, with one employee struggling to handle multiple stations while another just stands at the register. No one smiles, everyone looks annoyed, and the staff even snaps at each other in front of customers. The whole environment feels unorganized and unwelcoming. This location needs serious training, better staffing, and better prep to keep up with the volume. Cava Carson please do better.

  This is my favorite Cava location! The line always moves fast and the staff are also very kind. The food quality is always great and fresh, I would always recommend this place!

  Very nice service the food is always amazing Natalie is very sweet and patient and help my sister with her birthday points! Thank so much again she is truly amazing.

  Great food, dont respect online orders. Came to pickup food twice at scheduled times and I dont mine if its a 5 minute wait but when it creeps into waiting 20 minutes for them to take care of a line and then the options for my bowl are no longer available kinda puts a sour taste in my mouth. Overall good food but never order online.

  JUANITA, the lady with glasses, who looks like a grown mother working at Cava. She looks like a cranky mid 40s women. We arrived around 3pm. We asked for specific bowls but we like to customize our own bowls as well. She apparently wanted to charge for every single item and didn't ask if we wanted certain items in our bowls, like other workers usually do. I asked for pickled onions and with a smirk on her face she said they wouldn't be making anymore for the rest of the day, mind you its 3pm and they close at 10pm. It wasn't even busy. 2 customers in front of us. Her whole energy was so rude and aggressive. That made the experience incredible lacklustered. Cava please do a vibe check before you hire abuelitas. Aka JUANITA! Thanks.
