So often they don’t have what I want in stock but recently they did not have the oui yogurt In the flavor I like which has happened multiple times, they were out of Italian sausage and now today the bare minimum selection of ground turkey. What was left of the brand I prefer had a grey color to it. There is always some homeless people outside asking for money. I’m one missed check away from being in their position so it’s annoying being asked for money when I’m trying to go in to get my little groceries for the week.

I had never experienced gift card tampering before, so this was extremely frustrating and concerning. This pointed to a serious lack of security around the gift card area. Gift cards are frequently targeted for fraud, yet at this store they were left unsecured. It was disappointing to see that something so preventable wasn’t being monitored more closely. ✅ UPDATE / RESOLUTION: I want to give a huge thank-you to Jennifer, one of the managers at this location. She helped me immediately and handled the entire situation with kindness, professionalism, and urgency. Because of her, I was able to recover the full value of the cards. Her customer service truly made a stressful situation much easier. ⭐ Final Thoughts: This Albertsons is a nice, clean location with helpful staff, and I genuinely appreciate Jennifer’s quick support. My only recommendation is that Albertsons implement better security or monitoring for gift cards so that no other customers experience this kind of issue in the future.
