  I had a really frustrating experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. My order was wrong, and what made it worse was how it was handled. They had no problem taking my money immediately, but when it came to fixing the issue, I was told a refund would take 7–14 days. That’s unacceptable. I even asked if they could offer some kind of discount on a future order as a simple way to make things right, but the “manager” said they don’t do that. No effort to fix the situation, just a flat no. At the very least, staff should be trained to double-check orders before handing them out. This feels like basic customer service. Looking at the reviews now (1.6 out of 5), I should’ve taken that as a warning and gone to Wingstop instead. Hopefully the owner or district manager sees this, because this team — including management — clearly needs better training on customer service and accountability.

  im a huge fan of bww, but this location is by far the worst… it’s a shame it’s the one closest to me. Be prepared to wait about an hour or more for your food. Placed an order, said it’d be ready in 20, an hour has passed. I always give this place the benefit of the doubt and they disappoint every single time. Choose a different location and save yourself the trouble!

  Placed an order on the app and it said it’d be ready in 20. We get to the restaurant and they haven’t event began our order. It’s been over an hour and we’re still sitting here waiting for our food. Genuinely how is this place still open?

  Worst customer service ever Got seated and no one acknowledged us for a good 20+ mins until we finally got noticed by one nice male worker who was not even our server and gave us $10 off for waiting. Finally got our actual server to do her job, JESSICA, yet still lacked attentive service and literally saw her smoke with a coworker as we were waiting for her to ask a question

  Attempted to go there a few times. I gave up. I walked in, went to the bar, no one would come take my order. I sat there for 10/15 minutes... no one asked what I want to eat etc. Also, both times I tried to eat there the music was so damn loud I thought I was at an EDM rave...
