  I’m an artist Dewey switch Lanez out of Sacramento and let Me say the Mexican manager day shift very rude food was spilled all over my bag was mad at me for tryna use two free taco coupons that this location gave me gave me attitude and I seen rats 🐀 n roaches outside the building pest control is very needed

  I understand fast food can get busy, and being short-staffed happens. But taking a little extra time to focus on one order at a time can really make a difference in the quality of the food. If multitasking works, that’s great—but it shouldn’t come at the cost of serving meals that are rushed or poorly prepared. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. The steak was extremely salty—so much that I couldn’t even finish it. I also ordered fries with guacamole, cheese, and sour cream, and the portion was underwhelming. It didn’t even look like a full medium serving, and overall just didn’t meet expectations. I’m not expecting perfection, but consistency and care in preparing food go a long way. I hope this is something that can be improved.

  I ORDER MEXICAN PIZZA MEAL THAT COMES WITH MEXICAN PIZZA AND 2 TACOS I ALSO ORDER BEAN BURRITO I CUT IT IN HALF TO SEE WHERE THE RED SAUCE WAS BUT NO SAUCE MY MEXICAN PIZZA ONLY THE MIDDLE HAD SAUCE THEY DIDNT PUT MY TWO CINNAMON Twist in called multiple times make a complaint they phone just rings a few times than makes a busy sounds this is so dam annoying you pay a good amount of money to get shitty food .

  They never seem to get the order right. Get the nacho dip and they forget the chips. Every time something is always wrong. Not to mention all the homelessness in their cars shooting up

  Couldn't order on line and went in. Special ordered the regular cantina chicken tacos with the crispy shell and apparently the guy who took my order was to high to understand my order because I got the crispy cantina taco which I was telling him that I didn't want. They didn't add the extra beef to the nacho dip
