I requested the ice in a separate cup so my son could enjoy the drink later. When I received my order at the drive-thru, one cup was full of ice, and the other was only halfway filled with lemonade. I have attached a photo for reference. I paid for a full medium drink, yet received significantly less than expected. In all my experiences with other coffee chains, orders have always been fulfilled accurately, so this was surprising and disappointing. This level of service does not meet the standard of attention and quality one expects from a nationwide brand. I hope Dutch Bros reviews this situation and ensures that staff understand the importance of fulfilling orders correctly. Accurate and consistent service is essential, especially when introducing new customers to your brand.

We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itâs easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereâs no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youâll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youâd like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenât able to take drink orders over the phone, but weâre excited to serve you! Donât let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!

You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
