I’ve hired, trained, and managed people for decades, and I want to say clearly: Lavender demonstrated professional-level customer service and problem-solving skills that go far beyond her role. I walked into the store aggravated and frustrated with systems that failed me. When a system issue (the mobile app and a disconnected store phone number — which management is already aware of) prevented me from placing my usual order, Lavender listened carefully, stayed calm, and focused on solving the problem rather than hiding behind “policy.” ( or not having a " button" for that issue that's happened at KFC lol) She took initiative, communicated clearly, and found a solution that ensured I left satisfied — with thoughtfulness and kindness. Any employer would be fortunate to have her. I would absolutely recommend this review be saved and used as a professional reference. A good employee with good customer service skills and common sense is someone that can be trained for almost anything in my experience. Thank you, Lavender, for setting a standard that others should learn from. I hope management incorporate appreciate employees such as yourself... Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
