She was unnecessarily aggressive and rude, yelling at customers in line and speaking disrespectfully to me when I questioned her behavior. This all occurred in front of my young daughter, which made the situation even more upsetting. I immediately reported the incident to the front-end manager, but their response was dismissive. They repeatedly said they would “report it to Joe,” showed little concern, and simply advised me to avoid that cashier in the future. No effort was made to take my information or follow up with me to properly address the issue. As a frequent shopper, I’ve generally had positive experiences with the staff here, so this was shocking. It’s concerning that aggressive behavior from an employee does not seem to be taken seriously. I also submitted a message through the store’s website over a week ago and have only received an automated response stating that store management would contact me—nothing further. I do not appreciate being treated this way, especially in front of my child, and I’m disappointed by the lack of accountability and follow-up from store management.
