  I work weekends and sometimes I stop by the Taco Bell in Carlsbad because it's on the way home. I get there around 8 AM because I work nights and I'm just trying to eat something before I get home. My commute is an hour long and I just started going there in October. I've been once around 6 PM before work and the same lady is working. I believe her name is Beatriz. This lady expresses complete aggravation towards me every time I go. I've tried to order online to make the process easier and she still is rude to me. I've tried being nice to her. I've tried reverse psychology. This morning I went and she sighed extremely loud when I didn't know what was in a classic luxe box. I don't have the menu memorized, and it was not listed on the menu screen in the drive-through I was just simply asking what was in the boxes. I've worked in fast food. I've worked in retail. I've been frustrated at other people. I've been in her shoes. I deal with people on a daily basis, but this lady either needs to find a job that she finds joy in or find a way to deal with people differently. I will never be going back to Taco Bell Carlsbad because of multiple instances with her.

  Standard Ameri-Mex fast food. Nice staff, eager to please. Good for a quick nosh.

  Not sure if this is a joke but highly disappointed !! He simply requested Dorito tacos with lettuce only . Not once in my life have I ever been to an establishment that gave me tacos with no taco meat !!

  I’ve officially been turned off by long drive-thru waits, so I tried to beat the system by dining in. 😅 Only to be deterred (at first) by the kiosk machines no humans taking orders anymore. But I was determined. On Friday around 1200, after three attempts, I finally ordered my go-to the two Chalupa combo with fries and nacho cheese. Been my favorite since discovering Taco Bell in the ’90s minus the fries back then and it did not disappoint. Came out fast, hot, and hit the spot. Dining room was packed, bathrooms were clean (huge) Funny moment: a kid about 12 walked in with his dad. The kid flew through the kiosk like a pro, while the dad struggled just like me. Made me realize… yeah, the kids are built different with these machines. 😂 All in all loved everything. Solid experience.

  Unfortunately they forgot my side of fries and the crunchy wrap supreme didn't have the crunchy part.
