  No stars! The worst place on earth!!! We just got our food from the drive thru and our food was all messed up! There was an opened pancake syrup and was all over our food! I threw all of it because no one wants to eat this kind of food with this kind of service....and Iced black coffee doesn't have creamer and sugar!!

  Normally I never write reviews even after a bad experience, but this was bad! Took over 30 minutes and multiple times checking in with staff to get our food, and it was cold. And on top of the poor service and food, the manager was sitting in the booth next to us and said not one word! He watched his employees argue with us when they did not bring our correct order and demanded that we follow them to the counter to get our food. Horrible experience, we won’t spend our money here again. So sad that McDonald’s corporate would put money into making this a nice/well decorated store but not put the same effort into training their employees. I was appalled, plenty of other good food places in the area to spend your money at and your order will be correct and hot. I hope corporate can invest money into their staff in the future.

  Coffee was overpriced, I asked for decaffeinated coffee, they gave me regular cold coffee, I waited at register and the employee saw me plus other customers waiting but we waited.. ugh.. took more than 40 minutes to get my coffee ☕️.. terrible service and overpriced!!

  The people making the orders don't read the order. I ordered a quarter pounder with only pickles and ketchup, and they still made it with cheese. Please double check all orders! I see there are many negative reviews here regarding this location, that leads me to believe there's a management issue here.

  The Big Mac had way to much sauce, dripping all over the place. I had to pull around the corner and wait for over 5 minutes for them to bring my order out. They said they were waiting on the fries? If so, why were the fries only warm when they brought them out?
