This was my first visit—and it will absolutely be my last. The customer service was unacceptable, and the staff’s attitude made it clear that customers are not a priority. There was a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, and that was clearly not the case here. The staff seriously needs to improve their approach and show a basic level of understanding toward the people they serve.

Drove out of my way for toasty roast beef and horseradish. Store dark at 8:15.

Customer service at this specific Jimmy John’s was/is stellar!! HUGE shout out to MOOSE! Made me feel like a regular even on my first visit! Thanks team!

Noah and John are incredible. They are so careful with making your sandwiches and truly care. You can tell. I am so grateful we chose this location rather than any other- because Noah was so kind as to make me a pickle-wich. We came all the way from Hawaii and don’t have a jimmy johns. We learned that the pickle-wich was no longer being sold, but Noah made one for me anyway and it made my day- it was so yummy. Both Noah and John are so friendly and are rock stars at making subs, they make this location stand out from the rest.
