I was told that it could be done however it wouldn't be ready until after 10am. I needed the cake prior to that. After speaking to Alana and explaining to her the cake I had in mind was simple & uncomplicated. She stated she could complete the order if I didn't mind waiting. I waited about 25 minutes and she presented me with a beautiful cake. It was delicious too .She was so kind, patient & accommodating. Superb Customer service, Alana thank you for going above & beyond.
