I have gotten donuts from the donut shop across El Camino Real in the past but they have gotten too expensive. Vons has a bakery with fresh baked goods. The bakery has a donut case with many delicious varieties of donuts. I selected chocolate, glazed, long John’s, apple fritter and a couple others. The donuts are $11.99 a dozen…mix and match. The ladies in the bakery were helpful and friendly with questions about pricing and variety. Self checkout was quick and easy. Tip: use your grocery shopper ID at Vons even if you don’t have a Vons card. Most likely your grocery store is Larry of the Vons family.
