This McDonald’s gives size small instead of size medium for coffee drinks. The staff said it is just the size this store gives… which makes absolutely no sense!

20 minute wait for 2 cheeseburgers and fries is ridiculous at 11am. Franchise owners like this are a blight on society. The place is poorly run, far below expectations, yet employs minimal people to do maximum work. Do better. After the long wait they asked us what we ordered. Please consider turning the franchise over to someone who will run it properly. I didn't even get a receipt printed out from the kioskto call and complain.

I ordered a sundae and it came already melted and with little to no chocolate on top. I also tried to be friendly with both staff windows and were completely ignored.

Vinimos hoy 24 de enero y como a las 6:15 pm, pedimos un repuesto para nuestra bebida y simplemente respondieron que “no hablan inglés” y luego tradujimos y nos respondieron en español “no hablamos español”.
Terrible servicio.

Slow as slow could possibly be. Going digital is not working here as it gives them the right to SLOW DOWN. Waiting 14 min so far for an Ice Coffee - counter pickup. I’m going to Che k the drive through lane now. Even the drive through is slow This has taken 25 minutes to get one thing
