- LTLelani Toki4 days ago1.0It never fails when I come to this McDonald’s. I live close, which is the only reason I’ve been here multiple times, but today was my last. They always miss something in the order. In the past, my sausage and egg McMuffin came without the egg. Other times they forget syrup or spoons with pancakes, or leave out items like sausage when it’s part of the meal. You basically have to open every item and double-check your order before leaving the drive thru. Ordering is just as frustrating. You’ll say your order, they repeat it correctly, it shows up right on the screen, but when you get to the payment window, suddenly the order is wrong and you have to explain it all over again. It feels like they’re not actually listening. I don’t come to McDonald’s often, but when I do, I expect basic consistency. Unfortunately, this location consistently misses the mark. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, your time is probably better spent going to a different location or somewhere else entirely.
