We had the sausage appetizer (too dry), the loaded fries (fry to topping ratio was off), pulled pork burger ( was good), buffalo cauliflower (batter was too thick for the small pieces of cauliflower), and the Tuesday taco special (tortillas were dry -the taco was very small 1-2 bites), and kids spaghetti (fine). Our waiter was good.

It wasn't told to us by the server before ordering or during payment process; by the time we realized it, we already paid. I checked the menu again, then noticed the small print at the bottom of the menu stating the fee. That being said, the atmosphere is decent. It's what you expected of a nice beer sports bar/restaurant. Food was just ok for the price; each person spent about $35 (1 item + 1 beer + 5% fee) before tax and tip. Service was fair, but we definitely felt deceived for not being told about the fee at all until we asked about it after paying. We won't be back for sure. There are other beer sports restaurants that don't try to deceive their customers.
