    Order finally arrived almost an hour late and 30 minutes past when the tracker said it was delivered. When trying to call the store I was stuck on an endless loop with no help.

    At 9am I scheduled a pizza order for 1PM delivery for a location that was 5 minutes away from the store. They kept pushing back the time and my pizzas were almost an hour late. Said they have 1 driver and 2 deliveries at 1PM. This is the 2nd time this location has taken a very long time to deliver.

    This place used to be good. We would order from them almost once a week. But two weeks ago there was a huge delay in our order. After a while we called in and they said one of the drivers got in a fender bender accident. Then tonight an hour after ordering, there wasn’t any updates past quality check. My husband and I tried calling the store and it kept hanging up. Finally an hour and a half after ordering, it showed as delivered. I checked and nothing. Called again and finally got through. It was one kid, named Sebastian, who answered. Said they only had one driver, and he accidentally (Sebastian), marked our order as delivered. He said we were in the next round of deliveries. Putting our order to arrival after 9pm. I said go ahead and cancel (after he said be can’t refund us). He said he was the only one in the store and the only one making all the pizzas. What is going on at this dominos?! The health inspector and better business bureau need to go check it out. Someone does. This is ridiculous.

    The last 2 times I ordered pizza and chicken wings from them. The first time the pizza wasn't great and the chicken wings were undercooked and nasty. I thought maybe it was just a fluke. I gave them another shot and had the same results with undercooked, soggy chicken wings. Gross.
