  Ordered a couple pizzas, said it would take 20 minutes to deliver. 45 minutes later I called the store. You could see that he left the store on time but they clearly gave the driver too many pizzas to deliver at one time. They just said the app isn’t accurate. When we got I the pizzas one was overcooked and they were both cold. Half of the pizza wasn’t cut.

  The store manager has the worst attitudes and needs better training in customer service she kept talking over me and being ignorant all I said is I understand may I have corporate number and your name.since she could not find a credit that was given to me on my account because they delivered to the wrong hotel room number and starting saying that maybe the credit was given to somebody else.And it was deleted or that they have a lot of people calling saying that insinuating and accusing me that I was calling And lying about it, she refused to look more into it.So I said it was fine instead of going back and forth I will just call corporate to see if they can look a little bit deeper or help me a little bit better.Since she refused to but she .Refused to give me her name or corporate number and instead hung up on me And then when I would call back, she'll pick up and hang up the phone that is so unprofessional, and I don't know how they have people like that working there or with this type of service i can definitely understand if someone is being belligerent or disrespectful.But that was not the case here.She was the one doing all that.And it's so unacceptable, but I guess dominos doesn't care who they hire anymore or orong customer service and how they treat their customers....this was on friday 1/16/2026 11:40 pm

  Place was never great but has gone to complete shit. Manager yelling at everyone and throwing things. Easy to never go back

  It's a Domonios just like most other Domknios pizza places that are out there. Employees are chill and the pizza tastes like... well pizza of course.

  Typical Domino's fare. Fast preparation and delivery. Very satisfied.
