  Went to Dave & Buster’s with my family to watch the game. Our server was very young and initially friendly. It was not busy at all she only appeared to be serving about four tables. Unfortunately, service was extremely slow. My first drink took a long time to come out. I ordered a side of fries that never arrived. When my friend showed up, her first drink took nearly an hour. Later, my friend’s second drink and my third drink took almost another 45 minutes. When the drinks finally arrived, they didn’t taste right—more like water than tequila. We let the server know, and she said she would have them fixed and comped, which we appreciated. However, when it came time to pay, she seemed confused about what was owed and became rude and disrespectful toward both me and my friend, despite the fact that we were patient and polite the entire night. She went to get her manager, who disappeared for over 15 minutes, only to return and comp drinks that should have been comped from the start. By that point, the experience had already been unpleasant, and it made us uncomfortable even finishing the drinks after the behavior from both the server and the manager. This was the first time in a long while that I didn’t feel inclined to leave a tip. I do not recommend eating here as a family. It’s a fun place for games or grabbing a drink at the bar, but not a good experience for sit-down dining.

  This food is absolute garbage. We got the cheese sticks which were really good and so were the chicken wings. But the loaded chicken nachos and the chicken Mac and cheese had that gross fake chicken in a bag in it. The ribs were completely tasteless and were mushy in the middle and the brisket in the pasta was really fatty and low quality. This place is only good for appetizers and maybe burgers. Don’t go here for dinner.

  D&B is an entire experience. My first time was great. I didn't know what I was getting myself into- I was pleasantly surprised. There's a lively energy once you get inside and the atmosphere is just what you'd expect from a place where you can play arcade games, eat dinner, get drinks and watch sports on a vast array of TVs. I enjoyed myself playing games and laughing with my family... Definitely would come back. **dining is not necessary to play in the arcade. just use money to load up a game card with coins you'll be set to play. I skipped over the service. My party was well taken care of by CHRIS V. Chris was extremely kind and attentive despite the place being *packed on a SATURDAY NIGHT during the evening rush. Good service indeed. Come and play.

  This place was terrible. We ate, person who seated us and the server was rude. We also waited forever for the server to take our order and bring our check. We had to ask twice before anyone came for both of those. The place is already extremely pricy and they extract more money in not allowing you to spread purchased tickets across cards. You have to buy tickets for each card which makes them even more expensive. It’s an odd policy obviously in place for them gouge. Don’t waste your time here
