  After a beautiful Resurrection Sunday service, I decided to do something a little different and take a drive out to Cardiff to Chart House and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was absolutely stunning. The restaurant sits perfectly overlooking the ocean, and I was fortunate enough to get one of the best seats in the house. With a direct view of the water, I even got to watch surfers riding the waves, which made the entire experience feel peaceful and almost cinematic. Since it was a holiday, they offered a curated menu, which added a special touch to the visit. The staff were quick, attentive, and professional, making sure everything flowed smoothly without feeling rushed. Overall, the experience was exceptional from the ambiance to the service to the breathtaking view. It was the perfect way to end such a meaningful day, and I will definitely be back.

  My wife and I live in Lakeside, but we wanted to experience The Chart House for the first time for our 15 year wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed! Marco was excellent! He did a great job from start to finish! Everything was just lovely and on point! Thank you Chart House for making our anniversary a romantic and memorable one!

  Love it here, you can eat then walk right on to the beach. It's beautiful. The food is good too.

  Our server was the best! We left outside for a quick photo during sunset and come back to a table where they took our unfinished plates :D luckily, our waitress was the best and remedy the issue immediately. Compared to similar locations on the same location, the food at chart house is great.

  Disappointing, for such a beautiful venue. If you plan to go there when they open, even if you have reservations, expect to jockey at the door to get the best seats. They haven't figured out that those with reservations should be allowed in first. The service was slow, taking 20 minutes after we were seated just to get water and take our orders. The lunch fish sandwiches were equally disappointing, falling apart almost immediately. The Chicken Cobb Salad wasn't as green or tasty as one we could find just about anywhere else. It took our party of 3 two hours to finish lunch! Much room for improvements here!!
