  The pizza was okay. Took twice as long as they originally indicated. They do not provide parmesan cheese. The price was higher than I expected.

  I haven't had Dominos in a while. I usually go to Pizza My Heart to get a slice, I thought I would try a Dominos pizza, mostly because I've been seeing television ads stating they had full pizzas on sale for $9.99. Well, in the Capitola Dominoes I went to I think it was $12.99 for the small pizza with two toppings (I got mushrooms and sausage). Okay, it was a couple more bucks than I intended to pay, and I didn't get as many toppings that I like, as with the Pizza My Heart slices (which are around $8 per large slice); still the pizza itself was delicious!

  I called in to place an order for a medium two-topping Pizza that I had a free offer from on the Domino's website when I called the Domino's in capitola he said "unfortunately" we can't waive the $22 delivery fee even though I live a quarter of a mile from the Domino's restaurant...?!? In my opinion that's no way to keep customers and no way to continue having business if you don't have some sort of sliding scale so if you live a quarter of a mile from the Domino's your charge should be only 5 bucks if you live a mile away or a mile and a half yeah of course it should be $22 the farther away you are the more it should cost the closer you are the less it should cost but this person didn't seem to have that logic scale in his mind which is what disappoints me and I'm probably never going to order there again I'm probably never going to order there again.

  We placed a phone order for a medium 4-topping pizza and cheesy bread for delivery at 4:30 PM. I was told by your AI representative that delivery would take approximately 24–35 minutes. At 5:23 PM, I called to check on the order and was told by a staff member that it came out of the over at 5:09 PM, but we have heat lamps to keep it warm. However, I was also informed the driver couldn’t leave earlier because there was no one available to run the oven, but he is already out and that drivers only leave with two deliveries at a time. I called again at 5:51 PM, and still no delivery had arrived. At that point, it had been nearly an hour and a half since placing the order—far beyond the originally quoted timeframe. Additionally, the pizza would have been sitting for close to 50 minutes, which raises concerns about quality in my book. Heat lamps or not. This experience was frustrating, especially given the significant delay and lack of accurate timing updates. Good luck should you choose delivery from this location.

  My sister niece and I went to this location. Busy location the cute Hispanic guy was nice and friendly.
