  This location always closes early! We drive from across town to get here 15 min before close and they are already shut down. Even people inside and they refuse to open the doors. Complete laziness!

  I came to this Dairy Queen for a simple Misty Float and left with one of the most disorganized experiences I’ve had at any fast food place. The lone counter employee was clearly overwhelmed, handling everything while the only support—a cook—didn’t even know what a Blizzard was. At Dairy Queen. That alone says everything about the level of training here. When a supervisor finally stepped in, things somehow got worse. She ignored the growing line to focus on trivial tasks, took multiple orders without tracking them, and even forgot she had already taken mine. When she did help, the food quality was embarrassingly poor, and my order was made completely wrong. Trying to fix it was just as bad. Explaining what a float is shouldn’t be necessary, yet here we are. I ultimately requested a refund, which turned into another ordeal—she couldn’t process it properly, gave me cash instead, kept my receipt, and still managed to short me $6. This isn’t just a bad day—it’s a failure in training, management, and basic operations. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

  cup of water was so overcharged and it didn’t even taste good it tasted like pennie’s but this blizzard was smack so hate
