  We usually order through DT so can't speak for dine in experience but it's always a pleasant experience. Fast and very polite workers. Allan V. was extremely kind as well. Good Job!

  Stood at the counter for like 10 Damn Minutes waiting on a drink cup Just despicable Workers gave me dirty looks too and didn’t even end up getting my drink because they wouldn’t come to the counter So lazy

  Consumer Fraud Alert ⚠️ FRAUD ALERT – PLEASE READ ⚠️ Location: Taco Bell – Soledad Canyon Rd., Santa Clarita, CA Date of Incident: Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at approximately 9:13 PM On the above date and time, I visited this Taco Bell as part of my work with Los Angeles County, where I investigate restaurants for service quality and potential fraud. During a drive-thru purchase, I was served by a Hispanic male (approx. 25–35 years old, name withheld pending investigation). The employee was rude during the order process, delayed returning my debit card, and closed the window without speaking after handing me my food. The debit card used was a Wells Fargo card issued solely for investigative purposes and had never been used before. The next morning, nearly $300 in unauthorized charges appeared at an online retail store. Upon investigation, the fraudulent account profile was found to match the employee’s profile. This employee is now under full investigation and will be prosecuted if found guilty. ⚠️ PUBLIC WARNING: Use extreme caution when paying at this Taco Bell location, whether at the drive-thru or inside at the register. Similar scams can occur at other businesses — always check your bank statements and report suspicious charges immediately. ⚠️ ALERTA DE FRAUDE – AVISO PÚBLICO ⚠️ Condado de Los Ángeles – Unidad de Protección al Consumidor e Investigación Fecha del incidente: Martes, 12 de agosto de 2025 – Aproximadamente 9:13 PM Ubicación: Taco Bell – Soledad Canyon Rd., Santa Clarita, CA En la fecha y hora indicadas, un investigador del Condado de Los Ángeles visitó este local de Taco Bell para realizar una evaluación rutinaria sobre la calidad del servicio y posibles actividades fraudulentas. Durante la transacción en el servicio de autos, el investigador fue atendido por un empleado masculino hispano (aproximadamente entre 25 y 35 años de edad, nombre reservado mientras dure la investigación). El empleado mostró un comportamiento descortés durante el proceso de pedido, tardó en devolver la tarjeta de débito y cerró la ventanilla sin ofrecer más comunicación después de entregar la comida. La tarjeta utilizada era una tarjeta de débito de Wells Fargo emitida exclusivamente para fines de investigación y que nunca había sido utilizada en ninguna otra transacción.
