No callback, no followup, no attempt to remedy. This could have seriously injured if not killed someone and Pizza Hut seemingly does NOT care. Honestly if you are ordering pizza from here, eat with caution - if this is for your kids I would recommend steering clear. The plastic was nearly 4”x1.5” in size and could easily be a choking hazard for an adult and surely would be for a child. ———————- This is absolutely wild and I will 100% be reaching out to corporate about this. Literally how dare this company charge $30 for a pizza that has PLASTIC WRAP in it. Thankfully it caught the light before I bit into it because I honestly could have inhaled this and choked. The material is that of a plastic ziplock bag so it is flimsy and something that could get lodged if inhaled by accident- I am assuming whoever made the pizza, ripped and ingredient bag, and it fell into it since it was tucked under the cheese and toppings, sandwiched between the crust.
