  What a HORRIBLE experience. My and family to go eat lunch. There was many people there. Not only did they take forever to bring our order we received it cold. I told waitress it was cold and she asked if we wanted to talk to the manager. I agreed yes and she kept coming to our table and kept asking if we still need the manager. Again we said yes. The manager came after waiting for 20 minutes. Not only was she rude but was very unprofessional I didn’t get her name but she wears glasses has black hair and is on the heavier side. She walked to the table with an attitude that was uncalled for. She then said she can only give us a discount when I didn’t want a discount I just wanted my food to be warm. She didn’t offer to replace the food she just said I will get a discount. My family and my toddler had to eat the cold food because she didn’t replaced. My toddler got scared because her demeanor was aggressive and uncalled for. What a horrible experience for my toddler and my family. I don’t recommend this place. My family and I will never be going back. I didn’t want to give any stars but had to give 1 star to write this review. But if I would be able to give a negative star I definitely would.

  On January 11, 2026, my friend and I came to this location because he lives in the area. Our waiter was Alexander. He was a bit lackluster but, we tolerated it. We placed our orders and about 10 minutes later, my friend got his food. I was still waiting. It took a while, then my food finally came. By that time my friend was almost finished eating. I was not happy about it but, I was trying to just let it go and not worry about it. As soon as I picked my burger up and took a bite, I realized that it did not have any sauce on it. So, I told Alexander and he said that he would have the kitchen take care of it. My friend had finished eating by this time. My food finally came back and both the burger and the fries were cold. I was really annoyed by now and after I told Alexander, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came over and apologized. He said that he would have the kitchen warm it up for me. I replied that I appreciated it but, my friend was already finished eating and I was not wanting the food anymore because I am a slow eater and did not want him to have to sit there and wait for me to finish. So, he said that he would take care of the charge and have it packed to take with me. I thanked him and asked if I could have some fresh fries because they do not taste good cold. He agreed! In the meantime, the bill came and I noticed that my part had $.66 remaining. I thought, "Really?" I could not believe that. Let's not forget the $.66! My friend wanted me to say something but, I was over it and just wanted to leave. The fact that Alexander actually brought that bill to me said it all. He did not care! Needless to say that I will not be back!

  Loaded nachos is not great Pico de gaio is soaked in juice, chicken came cold not even grilled or fried. Yeah they dont got hot sauce like tapatio, cholula or Tabasco none of those. First time encounter restaurant doesn't have none of those.

  This is my 3rd time ordering here and they always take long I always have to wait like 20 to 30 minutes my food always cold and my last order was wrong totally disappointed about this place
