  I guess twice bitten wasn't good enough for me...on Thursday went visited the place waited for over 20 minutes before the waiter got to us...today the host told us that tables were ready but not booths....I looked around there were 5 booths soiled ..there were at least 6-8 staff members having a good old chat rather than help clean the tables .. there was no manager to be found...service is deplorable ..and looking at reviews corporate doesn't give a crap ...

  Horrible ! Clueless staff, cold food, dining room a mess and filthy men's room with sinks and floors covered with dirty paper towels . Had better frozen wings at home . Poorly managed obviously ....

  One of the recent times I went we had an issue with the wings being extremely cold we asked for them to be remade. The server was not attentive took us a while to get her attention and we had to wave her down because she was too busy talking about another coworker to some guys at the bar. After this experience my fiancé left a review about this and noted how the past couple times servers and other staff have been slacking and suggested they be retrained. The next time we came in the manager Yohima, approached us at the table with in seconds of us sitting down and was aggressively telling us to leave because the review that was written then started accusing us of writing every single bad review on google her reasoning was because her name was spelled correctly. Insane for any type of manager to act like this and not know how to be professional. So if you write a review and go in be careful to be yelled at and harassed and kicked out the next time you go in. rather than try to make the experience better and turn it around after bad service it seems like management likes to power trip and feel like they can yell at you in front of kids because they take things personal and don’t know how to train their staff correctly.

  I'm incredibly disappointed in my favorite bwws. I've just spent over 200 today. The manager and serving stuff have really let me down. And I know my review doesn't matter at the end. But I hope ownership can chip in with better training. This is my last time here. The service has really gone down since Nadia left.

  We watched manager Tim take a customer’s drink away and then force them to pay for it. The customer hadn’t done anything to deserve that treatment, but Tim was rude and dismissive the entire time. Instead of handling the situation with fairness or professionalism, he made it worse. It was uncomfortable to see, and it showed a complete lack of respect for the people who come here to enjoy themselves. No one should be treated like that, and it left a really bad impression of this place.
