  I had a horrible experience with manager Isabel Ramirez. From the beginning, her customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. She told me to order at the kiosk, yet I watched her take orders at the register for other customers right after. It felt inconsistent and unfair. To make matters worse, my order was made incorrectly. When I brought it to her attention, I witnessed something completely unacceptable—she took the burger I had already opened and touched, and gave it to another customer. I called her out on it because I saw it with my own eyes. That is extremely unsanitary and honestly disgusting. When I asked for a refill after everything that went wrong, she refused and ignored me. I even pointed out that since my order was messed up, the least she could do was offer a refill, but she simply walked away without acknowledging me. She didn’t even try to make the situation right or offer any kind of compensation. This experience was beyond disappointing. I will not be returning, and I definitely do not trust the hygiene or professionalism at this location.

  Im on rush, trying to feed my family, it was my fault for not looking into the bag, our fries were less than half, properly layer down instead of standing in the bag, great move, great job. I guess, I'll spend those $60+ woth of food, elsewhere.

  Es muy mal atendimiento 30 minutos para recibir mi orden y no la ponen bien y luego el personal se enoja cuando uno pregunta le pregunte el nombre dijo que Ana no se si sea ese wl nombre pero deberían de obtener classes para atencion al cliente para q sean mas amables
