I was the first out of three people and it took over 20 mins to get one burrito done. I will never be walking in the restaurant for an order, that’s for sure. The only thing good about my experience was the fact that you can customize basically anything from the kiosk, even value menu items 👏🏻

My partner is lactose and there was cheese on the tacos instead of substituting it out without cheese, he stated the only way to replace it is to pay for the change…. I’ve never in my fast food customer service experience, faced such an unsatisfactory experience. Nevermore, not trying to resolve an error on his staffs behalf is even worst. Avoid this location at all costs!
