Let me just say, I am completely turned off after this experience. I ordered a large pizza, half pepperoni and pineapple, the other half having pepperoni, jalapeños, banana peppers, and chopped tomatoes. I called the store to ask for it to be well done because I like the veggies to be properly cooked and nothing soft or sliding. The pizza was a huge disappointment. The sauce was basically dried up, and the veggies and cheese looked undercooked and when picking up the pizza, they would just fall off like they weren’t even cooked into the pizza. I called the assistant manager again and explained the situation, and all he did was tell me “that is not possible” and mansplain to me that the longer the pizza is under the warmer, the more the veggies will just fall off. What sense does that make? He made no effort to help me out with the situation and told me the manager won’t be in until Tuesday. I said “okay thank you” and he didn’t even respond, he just hung up. How is he the assistant manager? I should’ve known they have a low rating for a reason.

I ordered it online and we have a papa johns here 1 mile away from my house. Why did you send my order to 7 miles away in Canoga park when I live in Northridge. It's not 1:48PM. Still no Pizza. I called the manager at this location and he was very well mannered and nice to talk to. This is your Screw up PAPA JOHNS CORPORATE. If I would have known it would take this long, I would have just cancelled the order and picked it up at my local Papa John's location in Northridge. it's 1:50PM and the driver just pulled in. The driver was nice but the pizza doesn't seem to have a lot of toppings.
