  Worst mcdonalds ive ever experienced in my life. Took 30 minutes to give us a happy meal. Didn't upgrade the fries. Missed all my sauced. Had to get back in line. This is the worst experienced of my life.

  After a mess up on Uber Eats driver, I was able to get someone else pick it up for me and they remade my food. Thank you 🥹 Y'all are the best!

  Bad customer service specially from the manager. An Indian man bought some food to a American guy. The cashier and other workers as the manager started to talked shit about the Indian man in Spanish just because he grabbed food for the homeless. I heard and I told them to stop saying things about him because it was his money and he can do whatever he wants. The manager came out and I asked her for the cashier’s name and she said why, I kindly told her that I understood the fact that the homeless guy could be a problem but there was no reason for being taking shit about the man who bought the food. She asked me if the man who bought the food was with me I said no and she answered so it’s non of your business. I was like all right that’s your service as a manager, so give me your name and she said no. She stared to walk and laughing said I’m pancha. I know it wasn’t her name because she knows what she done. the fact that a manager allowed the workers to express bad or gossiping of another people in other language is not professional. As the manager said, the problem wasn’t of my business also that the man bought food to the homeless wasn’t the cashier’s or manager’s business. They’re always mad and give me wrong orders before but this, this is enough 😡

  Tried buying a soda for my dad whos in the hospital with stage 4 cancer .his dying wish was a coke from mcdonalds. I left the hospital .I sent my boyfriend inside to buy it he came out saying they didnt have any . I called mcdoanlds on the phone Sking if they had soda. They hung up on me. So I went inside to go see for myself and they did indeed have coke soda. The manager had it in her hand and she passed it to the person working drive thru. It's not right not lie about things. But this hurt even more . It effects someone who is terminally ill with stage 4 cancer. Someone who called me requesting a soda from mcdonalds . Then As I was leaving the other families ordering said mam they're laughing at you. As I walked out of the establishment. But I told them its ok because god sees every thing.

  This is the McDonalds on Vanowen and De soto in Canoga Park. I came with my sons to have a nice meal I ordered our food and had said it was for here. When our number was said I got up to receive our food and it was in a bag so I nicely told the employee that the food was for here. She grabbed a tray and just threw it on the counter I waited about 1-2 minutes and she never placed the food that was inside of a to go bag on the tray. When I asked if she was going to put the food on the tray she just stared at me. She didn’t say a word and my sons were waiting patiently sitting down so I personally took out our food from the bag and placed it on the tray she threw on the counter. I couldn’t believe she made me put the food I ordered on the tray myself . I’ve been going to McDonalds my whole life and I’m in my mid 30s I have never witnessed someone with an attitude like hers. On top of all of that when I asked for her name she looked at me, rolled her eyes and said “I don’t give out my name” I’m a corporate employee and that is unacceptable. The manager happened to be there and she asked who I work for. Then said the name of the employee whose name I asked for is “Maria” I don’t know if that’s her real name but that is what was said. I’m a very kind and patient person but this McDonalds wasn’t even packed at the time of my arrival for her to be rude and just toss a tray for her not to place the food I had said was to eat there. Please talk to your employees about being kind. I was here between 3ish-4 pm order number was #116 on Jan 28th 2026.
