  I always go to Jamba Juice for a fresh ginger/turmeric shot and when I came to this location they refused to make a fresh shot instead insisted I purchase a premade one. I declined and left to a Robeks down the street that had no issues making me one.

  They hide the menu because their smoothies are overpriced. Two of the smallest size smoothies shouldn’t cost 25 dollars after tax no modifications or add ons.

  The greeting, customer service, and support aspects of this work need to be improved. Shelby, the employee, walked up to us rudely. Not even a "how are you" or "hello." She was using her phone while assisting us, therefore she didn't help us with the menu either. Extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional. This local Jamba Juice needs to take care of this. Your role is to provide us with customer care while a customer is present. This neighborhood job has unsatisfactory faces, attitudes, and customer service.

  I got to Jamba Juice at 8:55 and was waiting for the employee to turn around (she was chatting with her friend) then she sees me and just says that they were closed but they don’t close for another 5 minutes. Then she just continues to talk with her friend. Very annoying.
