My wife got her regular chicken plate with beans and Mac and cheese. The portion they give at this location with the chicken wasn't that much. I got more chicken pieces at another El Pollo Loco location near my house. They also didn't put extra salsa in the bowl so I just used the salsa that came with my wife order. The bowl was okay but the rice I thought was overcooked. The price is really reasonable for the bowl.

And they charge me 18 dollars because it supposed to be a combo but guess what they didn't give me the chips. Total robbery.

I was able to log in through the app on my phone. I even scanned a coupon. The interface was easy to use without a cashier. The food came out timely, and tasted delicious. The place seems to have improved quite a bit recently.
