- SJSannia JeanJan 6, 20251.0Decided to come here on my break as a mall employee and spent 5- 10 minutes in line with only one person ahead of me, i only got fries and an ice cream cone and spent more time waiting to find out the fries was never put in the system! Got my fries after 15 min of waiting in line and waiting for them to be made. They also need to learn how to use the soft serve machine 😭

I’m standing waiting for my food , and what appears to be the manager is opening, closing and reopening the meals that are just sitting there as a line of ppl are waiting for their food and still stuck on calling just 1 number. I watched him stack the little plates of food in a bag because they had no trays for the customers smh. He was very confused with the orders, like look at your screen and keep your kitchen line in check. Everything should be pumping in the order received. You look like you don’t even know what you’re selling, you’re asking your co workers where is … and it’s sitting right there. This is a shame, like 10 workers looking lost with no leader. Very disappointed, shouldn’t have even reopened. Then you wanna be cheap and give out A ketchup pack like that’s gonna be enough for 20 fries. They need re training.
