Though it was only a dollar for the cup, it was a dollar too much! As a whole, the layout at this and other locations has always been like a labyrinth and it must make it difficult for staff to keep it clean.

Ordered the HOT soup & 1/2 HOT Italiano and they were on the cool side along with a side piece of the French baget and that was literally cold as it was already cold and sprinkling outside. Employees ignored us and they stayed talking amongst each other. Dinning area is small and its not handicap compatible. Bathroom was tight and dirty and also not good for a wheelchair.
