She said yes, so I asked about the guacamole and she said it wasn't spicy. However, after taking just one bite, the food was extremely spicy. I have a stomach issue, so I couldn't eat it. When I went back to return it, the same employee talked to another worker and they both seemed upset. They started speaking in another language right in front of me, which felt rude and unprofessional. A manager came over, and I explained the situation multiple times before she finally agreed to refund me. She handed me the receipt with a bad attitude, looked away when I said thank you, and just walked off. Overall, the service was unprofessional, and the staff handled the situation very poorly. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed.
