  The food quantity was way lower than I normal get in other location. Even after requesting to add more rice and beans. I was generously given 1 spoon spoon of rice and beans. The food is usually over flowing and this place served below the ceiling of lid. I was embarrassed to keep asking to add on more on everything which is out of the norm. Fix it before it shuts down for good.

  Chicken was undercooked and clearly raw in some bites. Tried to contact the restaurant since this is more of a health issue than me trying to get money back but they only have a landline that rings on end.

  This was hands down one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had—and that’s saying something. The level of cleanliness at this location is completely unacceptable. The entire place felt dirty, from the food prep area to the dining space. What really crossed the line was watching employees handle food without changing gloves between tasks. That’s basic food safety 101, and the fact it’s being ignored is honestly alarming. The restroom was just as bad—filthy, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected. If that’s what customers can see, I can only imagine what’s happening behind the scenes. At this point, it doesn’t feel like just a bad day—it feels like a pattern of negligence. This location seriously needs to be looked into for health and safety violations. No one should feel uneasy about eating at a place that’s supposed to follow strict food handling standards. I won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly caution others to think twice before eating here.

  Went to lunch there on Saturday around 1pm and ordered a chicken bowl. The amount of chicken was meager at best but sorta used to it - was cold as well. The brown rice was undercooked and could taste each grain of rice as I chewed it. The cashier had no cash to make change so I had to use a credit card. There was a sign saying they were out of forks so I had to use a spoon for the 1st time. About half the tables were being used and the vacant ones were full of someone's las meal and gross. I wound up sitting outside. And btw, there was a worker standing against the wall next to the cash register scrolling though her phone. Nope, never again -
