    I was in the line for 40 minutes. I attempted to add a burrito on for my son at the window, they told me they wouldn’t do it any that they already made our order, quite aggressively. And my Dr Pepper was not carbonated.

    Missing food in my order, this has happened multiple times now. Tried calling to complain but no one answers. Check your orders before driving away because the workers here clearly don’t care enough to. Also, the parking here sucks & the drive through line is always way too long.

    Super slow during most parts of the day. There's an older guy in the mornings sometimes that seems to run a tight ship and is extremely chipper. But in the evening or night you can get rammed. Twice now "black bean crunchwrap" is no black beans, 80% lettuce, 20% sour cream. Even asking extra nacho cheese, they give none.

    Waited in line for 45 minutes only to have the order be incorrect. Didn’t bother waiting anymore to have fixed. Also ran out of beef. Staff all looked confused.
