Half the time she’s on the phone or talking to her boyfriend or ignoring the people that want to get food during their limited lunch time. We really like the food there but I don’t have time to stand there for 15 minutes waiting to be graced by her presence. The older lady is super nice and helpful and does all she can, but she also gets no help from her coworkers and it’s not right. Until something’s fixed we will not be back which is unfortunate because, like I said, the food is great. But it’s not worth standing in line for the majority of my short lunch time.

His customer service was outstanding and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Safeway is lucky to have an employee like Josh—thank you for the great service!
