I started my order at 11:15pm and paid by 11:22pm my two items were a philly cheese steak sandwich and mango chicken bites that never got delivered because the manager didn't think to cancel my order if they weren't going to actually make my food and deliver it I now have to contact the store tomorrow since I got nothing but an automated message after 12pm telling me the store is closed. Such a smart system by a very smart team of people that seem to actually care about doing their job and making sure they do it right.

Took longer than promised to deliver, then driver got lost (I don't know how that happens when you use some form of Maps) when she called she was another 20 minutes away from the house. Received pizzas. Ok I know im being petty on this part, but I did NOT order square cut, there is an option for this and I didn't request square cut. Yet both pizzas (small gluten-free and medium pizzas) were square cut. Its not easy eating 2" pieces of pizza, especially from the middle 🤷♀️ Also the gluten-free pizza wasn't cooked enough for my preference. I cooked my pizza another 5 minutes and it was perfect. The pizza was great, the toppings ordered were just as expected. We were offered 20% off our next pizza we ordered for not getting delivered when promised. I also want to add I didn't contact the business about my concerns before posting a review, which, on my part, isn't nice. Sorry
